Bill Gates lets Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg's secret engagement slip
It seems the tech-savvy creator of Facebook, Mark Zuckerberg, plans to wed his longtime girlfriend
Bill Gates might be considered a blabbermouth in the eyes of Mark Zuckerberg and reported fiancée Priscilla Chan after unknowingly referencing the couple's plan to marry. Zuckerberg and Chan began dating when they both attended Harvard College in 2005.
Gate's attempt at expanding upon Zuckerberg's million dollar generosity to Newark's beleaguered school system last year didn't go as planned.
Gates spoke casually to The Daily Mail this past weekend, saying, "His fiancée, Priscilla, thought about education, and he gave money to Newark."
According to The New York Post, Facebook officials did not respond to Gates' comments.
It has yet to be determined if Gates actually did know an untold secret, or if he stated a false presumption of his own about the educated duo. While sources have yet to release a further statement, business partners of Zuckerberg and Chan think Gates must have been misguided about the couple's plans.
